Terms and Conditions
  1. The Great Escape Critics Choice Card is open to anyone except Great Escape Theatres employees, their immediate family members and children under 12. Great Escape reserves the right to exclude others at their sole discretion.
  2. Membership is FREE and may be acquired by registering at any participating Great Escape location.
  3. To receive points, your Critics Choice Card must be presented when purchasing your tickets at the Box Office.
  4. Critics Choice members are limited to a maximum of four points per transaction per day. Members DO NOT earn points when the Critics Choice Card is presented in conjunction with a Free admission ticket.
  5. Critics Choice members earn rewards after each 10 point accumulation. All rewards are valid only through the expiration date printed on the Critics Choice Point Receipt received at time of ticket transaction. The Critics Choice reward structure repeats at each 100 point accumulation.
  6. All rewards for FREE concession items are small size, unless otherwise specifi ed. All rewards for FREE movie tickets exclude Special Engagements.
  7. All redeemed rewards are the property of Great Escape.
  8. Critics Choice rewards are subject to verification by Great Escape management. Offers are void if rewards are illegible, altered or mutilated. The judgment of Great Escape Theatres management is final.
  9. Great Escape Theatres protects personal information we collect about members by maintaining physical, electronic and procedural safeguards. Advertisers and other companies do not have access to personal information and we do not share your personal information with advertisers of other companies that want to contact members.
  10. Critics Choice Cards and points are nontransferable except for points transferred from a lost, stolen or mutilated card to a new card issued to the same member.
  11. Critics Choice points will be forfeited immediately upon inactivity in 24 months. Critics Choice points have no monetary value, are not gift certificates and may only be used for rewards as specified under the Terms and Conditions.
  12. Great Escape Theatres reserves the right to change or discontinue the Critics Choice programs at any time without liability to any member.
