Corporate Office Opportunity
The Corporate
Office of Great Escape Theatres is seeking an Administrative Assistant. The position will be full time with a starting wage of $9.00 to $12.00 dollars per hour based on background and experience. Relocation to New Albany, IN area is a must.
This individual should be competent in computer operation, math and communication and must be able to follow detailed instructions, must be comfortable working in a fast paced environment. Computer skills in basic Microsoft programs a must (Excel, Outlook, Word). Experience in similar position a plus.
Job Duties will include but not limited to the following:

assist with payroll processing

answering phones
-
perform audits of paperwork for 23 Great Escape Locations

send out e-mails requesting corrections and resubmissions of paperwork

sorting and distribution of mail and faxes

prepared outgoing FedEx packages and mail

filing
-
assisting executives with variety of tasks

other items upon request
